Our trained beauty experts use top of the line products and provide a range of beauty services like de-tan, facial, waxing, threading, massage, pedicure/manicure, bridal makeup, hair cutting and coloring etc. at the comfort of your home. We also offer a range of beauty packages for skin care, hair care and other beauty services.

Nope. All our charges will always be mentioned on our Website. No additional charges for transport etc. will be taken from you.
This is a nominal charge that intends towards the training and assistance of our partners along with ensuring better service, support and safety.
Our customer services begin at 11:00 AM and continue until 08:00 PM during the 7 days of the week. We appreciate your feedback and do our best to resolve all your questions in a patient manner. We ask you to contact our customer support during the times mentioned in order to obtain the optimal solution for your request.
And for the booking of services, the earliest time slot available is 11 AM, however, we request you to book 1-2 days in advance in case you want to avail the services early in the morning. The last available time slot of the day is 6:30 PM to avail the services.
The safety of our experts holds importance for us which is why we try to satisfy you with our services before 8 PM. In case the service is taking more time than usual at the last time slot, the expert will continue the service on the following day.
From wax heaters to pedicure tubs. Our beauticians carry everything in their bags – which also includes gowns, aprons, mat and hand towels! You only have to relax and enjoy services!

In one word – Absolutely! We do three different kinds of background checks of any stylist that we enroll. We have their verified ID card details, address proofs, education and past employment proofs. We also assess quality of service of all our beauty professionals as we would not want anybody to touch your skin or hair if we don’t think they are qualified.
However, you are requested to take care of your personal belongings or valuables in the presence of our experts. SAUNDARYA BEAUTY STUDIO will not be liable for any damage or theft arising in case of failure to do so.
Firstly, we apologize for any discomfort caused by the service. If you are not satisfied with our service, please raise a complaint within 2 days of the service done. The satisfaction of our customers is our topmost priority and it is extremely important to us that you enjoy SAUNDARYA BEAUTY STUDIO’s services. If you decide to add on service after you have made the booking, we request you to contact our Customer Happiness Team at 8795001020 and inform them about the add-on services. In case the expert has a prior engagement with another client after your booking, the expert would not be able to provide the additional services. However, you can make a fresh booking with the services you had in mind or ask our Customer Happiness Team to reschedule your booking.
However, if the expert does not have any prior engagements and is carrying the required products and tools, you can avail the extra services after confirming with the expert. To make sure that the expert carries the required products for the additional services, please contact the expert beforehand and inform them about the changes.
On the other hand, if you wish to add on services during the service being provided, we request you to talk to our expert about the additional services. And depending on their schedule and material in hand, you can avail the add-on services.
You can pay for the services opted in advance via the online payment modes, such as Paytm, Google Pay, debit/credit card, or you can pay after the service as well via cash, UPI, or Paytm.
